Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hr (3day) notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment.
If an appointment is more than 20 min late, cancelled, no showed, or rescheduled during the 72 hour time frame, the $100 deposit will be taken.
You will be need to make another deposit to book any other future appointments.
Our service providers depend on their appointments scheduled and if an appointment is changed with less than 3 days notice, it can be hard to replace this.
